The couple I went with to Monkey temple decided to book bus ticket through their hotel I decided to take a bus on my own to Pokhara.
I really want to learn how to negotiate and experiment everything on my own and hopefully learn few lessons.
We agreed we would meet at the bus station when we arrive.

I woke up late packed really quickly only 10 minutes left before the bus take off
no taxies in the street. when I finally found one he asked for 200 rupee, I knew this is too much but there was no time.
not a good start for a person who wants to know how to negotiate.

arrived at the bus station, insisted to pay 400 rupee only for the ride.
only a filthy bus agreed to my price which I later learned he would’ve accepted 350 rupee.
should’ve paid 100 extra and get into a decent bus. see I am learning.

as I arrived to Pokhara, I didn’t find my friends and for some reasons we couldn’t communicate.
I didn’t know what to do, or what place to go. many people standing in the bus station each offering to take me to his hotel.
I had absolutely no idea which hotel is better, why didn’t I do some research before traveling? huh why?
I ignored all offers and went for a walk until I found a nice restaurant by the lake, I ordered something to eat, chilled down a little and opened my laptop looking for a good hotel on trip advisor.
The view from the restaurant was breath taking to me

TravelInn was my first choice I went there walking – Thanks to the technology called GPS – but surprise no free rooms.
I stayed in another filthy hotel for this day, it had lot of fungus on the wall that I couldn’t stop coughing at night until I opened the window in the cold weather.

Anyway, next day I moved to TravelInn, room was much better (cost 600 rupee which is still cheap)
